I agree, these are quality dresses made by someone who understands the curves of a woman. I bought 2 dresses from the maker at the Brooklyn Flea last month and love them. I tried the link to the 3Free website, but it did not work…hopefully, that will be straightened out soon.

Have you spoken with Karina Cousineau? She is partners with Cornelius and creates many of their designs. Karina is amazing in her designs, and I am sure she would want to hear all your feedback!

Kathleen, I know I emailed this to you the other day, but then I wondered why I didn’t just post it here.
What I said was that it can be hard to get your site listed on Google. They seem to base it on traffic, so if it’s a small business with a new site, you may be ignored by Google, and then not findable through a search. But I recently found it’s easy to get on Yahoo’s search engine. So if looking for a smaller business, maybe use Yahoo instead of Google. Otherwise, you might think they have no Web site when they do.
As for your other points, they are very useful and good to keep in mind!

I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out WHAT the RN number means, and where does it originate. Is there some national orginization that issues these? Where would I find information about an item or manufacturer just by having an RN number? Lots of questions I know, but I haven’t been able to find answers to any of them.

I don’t know where you’ve been looking but if you look over there in the left side bar under “apparel sites I like”, you’ll see a link to “RN & Labeling requirements”. Similarly, use the search box on this page (top right hand corner) and you’ll find all kinds of info on RN numbers, what they are, how and why to get them etc etc

Just bought one of their fabulous dresses (mine is a chocolate-kiwi polka dot wrap dress) from the Chan Chan boutique in Taos. I’m sure you’ve already contacted the good people at 3Free, but the tag has their address and e-mail on it.

Hi Liz, it’s so great to finally make contact!

I called repeatedly, every day for a week. Sometimes twice a day. I spoke to your partner (who ran the other boutique upstairs) several times. When I’d call, she’d sigh and say you weren’t in or weren’t available -again. No matter when I called, you were never available and believe me, nobody would give me the information, saying I had to talk to Liz. I left my name and telephone number each time but no one ever called back. After 10 days of this I finally got a lead from the Sodafine boutique in NY from one of my site visitors.

I own the shop where you saw the 3Free dress. I don’t know how you went about trying to get information about 3Free. I guess you didn’t just ask because I have the name of the designer and her address and phone number in the shop.
