The end of this week sees college students vacating campuses in droves, breathing collective sighs of relief having finished semester finals. Some are even graduating, releasing a new crop of bright eyes to infuse the marketplace with optimism and enthusiasm. Isn’t spring grand? We’ve been inspired by the lovely weather to hire a landscape designer to do something with that matted mess we call a yard. Beyond perfunctory mowing and resentfully inspired weed pulling, we don’t do much with it. Living in Aggie territory, we’re looking forward to hiring some farm-kid college boys to do something with it. They’re the hardest and most willing workers, reminding me of the ever funny letter from a farm kid.
As I do every Friday, below are the blog posts published this week over the past four years. There’s more where that came from in the archives with over 1,600 entries. Don’t forget to click through for the whole list. Have a lovely weekend.
