How many of you noticed I was sponsoring a contest to win a free copy of my book? Yes it’s a quiz but the winner will be selected in a random drawing and not according to the number of correct answers. Just do the best you can; responses help me determine the kind of content to write about. You’re also encouraged to include suggestions for future entries. The deadline to add your entry is Monday at 12:00 MST.
Again, here’s this week’s blog entries for this period over the past four years. There’s more in the archives if you find time on your hands. Have a great weekend!
I think some of us may feel like it would be wrong to enter and increase the selection “pool” when we have the book and the answers. Better someone “wins” who hasn’t yet had the opportunity.
I really loved the recent leather cutting post- DH worked with leather for many years and he will suggest I cut here or there but not “why”. Your explanation turned on spot lights for me.
Thank you as always for the invaluable information.

You’re not the first to mention that and I agree it’s a magnanimous gesture. If you win tho, who’s to say you can’t then decide to gift it to someone else who entered, who you think would benefit more? You always have that option.
I figured if I did win, I’d just gift the book to someone. My copy has been a great asset to me. I just took the quiz to see if I’d learned anything yet
Often described as the garment industry “blue book”, the most highly rated book in the business is guaranteed to get you off to a solid start or your money back. Many service providers require you read this before they’ll work with you. Learn more »
