Interestingly, MAGIC and related shows have jumped on the twitter bandwagon just in time for the event. They say they’ll be tweeting updates, line launches, trend forecasts and celeb spotting through out the duration of the show. If you’re going, it could be helpful, if not, it could still be interesting. They mention there will be twitter branded kiosks here and there if you can’t connect with a smart phone. Here’s the twitter connections for WWDMAGIC, Project, Pool, Mens, Slate, Street and Sourcing. Of them all, only Sourcing and Pool have been tweeting so far. Pool doesn’t surprise me but Sourcing does. They must have a really good intern. I wish someone had thought to include the event hashtag (#Magic?) in the press release. Lastly, if you’re so inclined, follow me too.

As ever, there’s more in the archives if you find yourself with a lot of time on your hands. Have a great week end.

I’m flying to Vegas on Monday and would like to walk the wwdmagic show on Tuesday. Do any readers of this blog need a good salesperson/hard worker for Tuesday? I can take a morning or afternoon shift in exchange for entry. Registering to walk the show is a cool $250 until Thursday, and goes up to $500 on Friday. I’m trying to avoid that cost.
