The Apparel Industry Board Inc (in Chicago) is sponsoring a two day fabric sales event which is open to the designers, students and home sewers alike. The show dates are Thursday, September 22, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM and Friday, September 23, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Registration is required. The cost to attend is $1 with a valid student ID or $5 for everybody else. To register by phone, call 312-836-1041. The flyer states here is your chance to buy fabulous designer fabrics at bargain prices. All types of fabric from delicate sheers to tweeds and woolens. This is a once in a lifetime chance to buy small quantities at smaller prices.

The location is listed as The Apparel Center, 350 West Mart Center Drive, 6th Floor – North Tower; I presume this location is in Chicago IL as this is where the AIBI is based.
