I opened the discussion forum (look under links in the left side bar) to a whole host of topics, to which no manufacturers have posted or made comments. On the other hand, consumers have been posting in a topic area of purportedly grave concern to manufacturers, that being of RTW Complaints. Absent manufacturer participation here -no offense- leaves me and they with the impression that many a manufacturer’s priority toward product quality is just a lot of talk. Consumers are speaking…are you listening? This is quite embarrassing for all of us as a group. Hopefully some of you will choose to rectify this and expand the discussion. If not you, then who? I can’t continue to stand in the front of the room telling consumers you care about product quality when you don’t bother to step up to the plate yourself.
