Karen–Clarification: they are opening an office in SF, not production facilities. They will keep their factory in LA but have an office in SF so that they can service their Bay Area customers better.

Sherry–I did not see any of their samples or production, so I couldn’t say. I know Jennifer told me how she’s been in business but I can’t remember off the top of my head.

Thanks for the Evans Group write-up. 2 quick questions, how long have they been in business? And from what you observed (i.e. samples or what they already had in production), what would you say was their particular apparel specialty or strength?

Thanks Zoe! I’m very glad you posted on the Evans group; I’d been looking forward to it. I’m sure people from F-I will be hitting her site pretty heavily. Hopefully there will be other contractors following her lead. There’s never enough contractors to go around…
