Hi, this is awesome info! What if I have a really really small line (only three products) and trying to get boutiques to carry them? To provide you some background. I designed these jewelry sunglasses (see http://www.tingaling.net.) And I didn’t create a hand drawing sketch. I am thinking to modify the line sheet (instead of hand drawing photos, I’ll use actual product detail shot) and I can incorporate the order form combined with this line sheet.

Then I will package it nicely with my look book and all photos with this line sheet.

Any suggestions?

Using the invaluable information from this website, I created this ORDER FORM and had it printed while I waited at OfficeMax (not Staples or Office Depot*) as a 3-part, tri-color, carbonless form, for 34 cents each!! Print as many or as few as you like, still 34 cents. No kidding. That copy guy received a stellar recommendation from me for making my day! I've also had good luck with this site, but the minimums might be too much for some: NCR Forms. *These big box office suppliers either had to send it out, with a large minimum and a surcharge for a rush, or didn't even know what I was talking about. Yikes.
