The fashion icon, Yves Saint Laurent died yesterday. He was 71. The cause of death was listed as brain cancer. Women’s Wear Daily has published an extensive remembrance (ungated).
My heart was truly broken. He was one of my idols. I wanted to be a great designer like him when I grew up. I am so sad that he suffered in his life. He is at peace now. I missed him when he retired, I will really miss him now.
